At The Excellent Assembly Development Initiative, we are dedicated to enhancing community well-being through our comprehensive health and medical outreach programs. Recognizing the need for accessible healthcare, we have consistently provided free medical services to underserved individuals in Ede, Osun State, ensuring they receive the care they need to lead healthier lives.
Our annual outreach includes essential medical interventions such as general health screenings, diagnostic tests, consultations, treatment of various ailments, and life-changing surgical procedures. Through this initiative, we have been able to attend to over 200 individuals each year, offering critical medical support at no cost. With an annual expenditure exceeding 5 million naira, we remain committed to bridging the gap in healthcare accessibility for vulnerable populations.
Since the inception of this program, more than 500 people have directly benefited from our medical outreach, receiving prompt diagnosis and quality treatment for ailments that might have otherwise gone unattended. Our impact continues to grow as we strive to reach more people in need, expanding the scope of our services to include maternal and child health, chronic disease management, and specialized treatments.
Beyond medical care, we also focus on health education, raising awareness about preventive measures, hygiene practices, and lifestyle modifications to reduce the risk of common illnesses. Our goal is not just to treat but to empower individuals with knowledge that promotes long-term well-being.
